ROME （Reuters） - Italy's first blackminister, a target of racist slurs since her appointment in April, hascondemned a spectator who threw bananas towards her while she was making aspeech at a party rally.
Integration minister Cecile Kyenge, who wasborn in Democratic Republic of Congo, has angered far-right groups with hercampaign to make it easier for immigrants to gain Italian citizenship.
Shortly before the incident on Friday, members of the right-wing Forza Nuova group left mannequins covered in fakeblood at the site of the rally in Cervia, central Italy, in protest againstKyenge's proposal to make anyone born on Italian soil a citizen.
- Immigration kills, was writtenon leaflets accompanying the dummies - a slogan Forza Nuova has previously usedwhen referring to murders committed by immigrants in Italy.

Although the bananas missed the stage whereKyenge was speaking, she responded to the gesture on Twitter, calling it sad and a waste of food, considering the economic crisis.
虽然这香蕉没有击中她本人，她在推特上发表了自己的看法，考虑到经济危机，她称这种行为是 令人悲哀的 并且是在浪费食物。
The courage and optimism to changethings has to come above all from the bottom up to reach theinstitutions, she added.
Kyenge has faced regular insults sincebecoming minister, often from other politicians. Earlier this month a seniorparliamentarian in the anti-immigration Northern League party likened her to anorangutan and only apologized after a storm of criticism.
